Added autodock & autodock tools. More work with the wiki. Air conditioning unit ordered. First attempt with a temperature monitoring perl script. Alarm (shutting-down) temperature set to 55 degrees C (average over all alive cores). Script placed in /etc/cron.hourly (which is probably not fast enough).
